Franks Portlock felt that they needed to develop their proposition to help clients and prospects understand their full capabilities as a full service asbestos management company. They appointed Horizonworks to act as its outsourced marketing team and to develop a marketing strategy and plan, which would help drive the company forward. As part of the project they also required a new brand and visual style, as well as a new website and marketing materials.
After undertaking a communications audit to measure the current ways Franks Portlock engages with customers and prospects as well as benchmark how they are perceived in their market, it was revealed that their brand, visual style and messaging didn’t articulate their USP and service proposition. The findings and recommendations from our extensive research helped inform their strategy and plan and the resulting re-brand is vibrant and multi layered to represent the different services provided by the company. The brand has also been designed to take Franks Portlock forward and prepare for future growth in existing and new markets. This concept was then used to develop the visual style and was implemented onto their website and a suite of marketing materials. The website and materials utilise the colour ways from the brand across the services they provide and reinforce the company’s reputation and credibility in their target industry through showcasing a strong portfolio of clients across a wide variety of sectors.
As a result of the comprehensive market research and focussed strategy we have been able to articulate their proposition and message more effectively and develop a suite of tools that will help them achieve their strategic objectives of growth and attracting new clients in existing markets. We have now been appointed as their outsourced marketing team to deliver all marketing activities including public relations, integrated campaigns, social media and digital marketing.
