Horizon Works is a Marketing Partner of the Innovation SuperNetwork, The Innovation SuperNetwork’s specialist support gives North East businesses direct access to new market opportunities, finance and sector expertise. It works with start-up and scale up companies and established businesses that are bringing new products and services to market. Our role as industry partner is to guide them in their marketing strategies and approaches, and ensure they are ready for the next stage of their business journeys.
NEAA
We are a founding member of the North East Automotive Alliance (NEAA), an industry-led automotive cluster which was established to support the economic sustainable growth and competitiveness of the automotive sector in North East England. The NEAA is the largest automotive cluster in the UK and one of the fastest-growing clusters across Europe. As well as keeping up to date with the latest industry developments, we support the NEAA in delivering a range of marketing workshops to support businesses who wish to either grow their presence or launch into the automotive sector.
Make UK
Make UK champions and celebrates British manufacturing and manufacturers. Britain is one of the world’s biggest manufacturing nations: almost 3 million people work in the sector and deliver almost half of all UK exports. Member companies drive over 60 percent of all UK research and development. As a result of that investment, manufacturing as we know it is changing, adapting, and transforming every day – which is why being a member allows us to keep abreast of these key changes and gain real time insight into the manufacturing landscape.
Entrepreneurs' Forum
Our founder and managing director Samantha Vassallo, is a member of the Entrepreneurs’ Forum, a network focussed on inspiring and supporting business owners across the North East region. It provides a range of support to its members, such as mentoring, leadership training and knowledge sharing, which Horizon Works has tapped into. Our MD regularly attends its networking events, round tables dinners and conferences.
