Francis Brown to strengthen its marketing following health check
Specialist B2B marketing agency Horizon Works is offering NEPIC members a free health check which reviews all areas of their marketing.
Fellow NEPIC member Francis Brown, a global provider of fabrication and engineering services, accessed this offer to identify opportunities to improve its marketing and further strengthen its profile in its target sectors such as chemical, offshore and renewables. The work had a specific focus on the pressure vessel market, a key growth area for Francis Brown, for which the company has extensive specialist capabilities.
Members of Francis Brown’s senior team kickstarted the consultation by completing Snapshot360, Horizon Works’ online marketing assessment which scored all areas of Francis Brown’s marketing. To get to know the business on a more intricate level, Horizon Works then conducted a thorough consultation with the Francis Brown team, discussing the company’s business and marketing objectives, sales priorities, market landscape and target audiences.
Following this, Horizon Works performed a thorough review of Francis Brown’s marketing. This comprised an audit of the company website including the functionality, performance, and user experience, as well as an evaluation of the company’s social media, PR and content marketing. In addition, Horizon Works reviewed Francis Brown’s brand and messaging to ensure they effectively portray the company’s USPs including its vast technical knowledge and in-house capabilities.
Harnessing the insight from the marketing diagnostic, Snapshot360 results and marketing review, Horizon Works presented a detailed report to Francis Brown. This provided an analysis of current marketing performance, recommendations for marketing priorities, areas to consider for improvement, as well as opportunities for development, all in line with the company’s business and marketing objectives.
