Argon Properties gain new brand and website

A striking new brand and website, developed by full service marketing company Horizonworks, is already helping Newcastle-based Argon Properties attract new clients.

Argon Properties, a commercial property development company based in Newcastle, approached Horizonworks to create a new brand, marketing materials and website that would help them communicate their services in delivering high-quality modern and sustainable developments around the UK.

The team at Horizonworks worked closely with Argon Properties’ directors, Richard Wilks and Gordon Blackwood and conducting extensive market research. This included speaking to a sample of Argon Properties’ clients to assess their perceptions of the company and a full competitor analysis. The results were fed into key messaging and imagery that were adapted to target Argon Properties’ target audiences: investors, landowners and vendors.

A new modern teal and orange logo was created that would differentiate Argon Properties from its competitors, along with a range of impactful marketing materials.

The new branding provided the basis for the modern and easy to navigate website. Horizonworks designed and developed the visuals and created all of the content for the site, which demonstrated Argon Properties’ superior knowledge and service and its proven track record to investors, landowners and vendors. The project proved an immediate success when Argon Properties won an audience with an influential landowner who was impressed by the branding and website, soon after they were launched.

Managing director of Argon Properties, Richard Wilks, said: “At Argon Properties, we are confident of the high quality service we have built up over the past 14 years and we were looking for branding that showcased our strengths and opened new doors for us. The new brand and website worked straight away as we were asked to attend a meeting with an important landowner who was impressed with what he had seen on our new website.

Horizonworks’ managing director Samantha Davidson added: “At Horizonworks, we are focused on providing results-driven marketing for our clients and we are very pleased to hear that Argon Properties has seen immediate results from the work we have done for them.

“We worked closely with Argon Properties’ directors to fully understand the company’s unique selling points and its business ethos, and created key messages and imagery that spoke directly to its target audiences both in print and digitally.”

Horizonworks is a full service strategic marketing company based in Gosforth.
