Metal mesh manufacturer boosts sales team with new appointment
Hartlepool-based expanded metal mesh manufacturer The Expanded Metal Company has strengthened its presence in the Midlands with the appointment of a new territory sales manager.
Parris Allen brings seven years of experience to The Expanded Metal Company, having worked across a variety of sales roles at metal stockists and fabricators, and the building trade.
In his new role, Parris will be responsible for developing relationships with both new and existing clients across the Midlands region in industries including architecture, construction, filtration, security, transport utilities, engineering, automotive and aerospace.
In addition, he will also be working closely with the senior management and product development teams at The Expanded Metal Company’s headquarters in Hartlepool.
Parris, who holds a Cambridge Education Group NVQ in Business Management and Administration, most recently worked as a Branch Manager at Berkley Stainless Fittings, where he initially held a role in sales account management.
The Expanded Metal Company develops and manufactures metal mesh products from a 25,000 sqm site in Hartlepool, which is an established global centre of expanded metal expertise.
The firm supplies high quality expanded metal mesh products for sectors including construction, filtration, engineering, transport, utilities, automotive, aerospace and architecture. It also serves the security sector and has its own security range, ExMesh™, which offers a wide range of innovative fencing systems and security solutions.
