Horizon Works helped a major industry awards event to shine this month
Our design expertise was used in creating a striking visual identity and assets for the North East Automotive Alliance Awards, which took place on March 27, at Ramside Hall in Durham.
We supported the North East Automotive Alliance (NEAA) in creating a refreshed visual identity for the event – including a new awards logo, visual style, social media assets, promotional graphics and a professionally produced awards brochure showcasing the finalists. Our designs were brought to life on the night through striking room dressing, lighting and on‑screen visuals.
Hundreds of guests from across the sector attended the event, which celebrated the achievements of companies and individuals driving innovation, growth, and excellence across the automotive industry.
Horizon Works has been an NEAA member since the organisation’s inception more than a decade ago, and we are proud to have supported the NEAA team in delivering a number of campaigns and industry initiatives.

Laura Gage, Marketing and PR Manager at the NEAA, said: “The team at Horizon Works have once again delivered. I was absolutely delighted with the refresh of the NEAA Awards logo and overall styling. The marketing collateral and social media graphics looked fantastic across our platforms, but seeing everything brought together at the awards event itself was even more impressive.
“The awards brochure was professionally produced, the onscreen graphics looked great, and we received numerous compliments on how polished everything looked. Thank you to the Horizon Works team for another outstanding job.”
Samantha Vassallo, Managing Director of Horizon Works, said: “We have a close affinity with the NEAA and the automotive industry, so we were thrilled to be commissioned by the NEAA once again to deliver creative services for the annual awards.
“The North East Automotive Alliance Awards celebrate the true spirit of the automotive sector by putting apprentices and graduates in the spotlight, inspiring young people, and telling stories of innovation, ingenuity, inclusion and resilience. We were delighted to have been part of it.”
