hw_nov_24 can offer compact, power dense electric wheel drive solutions by combining high density IPM (Interior Permanent Magnet) motor assemblies with planetary gearboxes. These compact solutions help manufacturers save on weight and free up space for other components within vehicles, equipment and machinery.
In addition, our helical geared electrical wheel drive solutions, which can be coupled with PMAC/PMDC/BLDC motor options, may be of particular benefit for use in smaller vehicles, such as automated guided vehicles (AGVs), which are used in sectors such as logistics, warehousing and manufacturing. The comparatively small size of our helical geared electrical wheel drive products, combined with their high power density and high load capacity, makes them ideal for use in compact vehicles which are designed to operate in narrow aisles.
Our electric wheel drive solutions can also include an electric parking brake, which is designed for maximum holding power.
